Only issue: bartender (on June 13 evening) refused to put CWS baseball on a television, stating she was required to show ‘World Cup Soccer, if a game was being shown’’. I am fairly sure the CWS fans are a much larger percentage of your customers during the baseball tournament."

"Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. "This is an older motel that has been refurbished. The main areas looked nice and were clean. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom vent fan. "The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. "The hot tub was lined with rust which gave the clean water a brown hue. The indoor pool looked even worse. Thank goodness we were on the first floor. 3 stories and no elevator."

"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."
