"We came to stay one night . Was put in an attic room 506 - Yes it was hot day , They should not let the attic rooms out on days with such heat !!! All night the room was 32-32 degrees Casement window open only 2 inches , Do no heat could escape the fan just moved heat around , Was going to sleep ..."

"The air con was down everywhere except ( luckily!!) on our floor. The hot weather and lack of aircon made the public areas really warm. All the staff were really excellent!"
