"The indoor pool was quiet and lovely for a family. Checkin was smooth with activity packs for the children. Breakfast was delicious with good options. Our kids ate free for all meals. Overall will come back again."

"Perfect location in the heart of Wroxham/Hoveton. Nowhere better to sit and enjoy a drink by the river and watch the hustle and bustle of river life, tempered by the tranquility of the wildlife.

"Absolutely loved staying at the Regency Guest House. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. A really beautiful property. Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome and were great hosts providing us with lots of useful information about the area. Our room was immaculate with a fantastic modern bathroom.
