"Look, we loved our stay here. We wanted an authentic experience surrounded by real Bali. Real locals, not overrun with tourists, good food and away from the traffic and bustle. It was perfect. We met with our local Balinese friends here that were made to feel very welcome. The staff were authentically friendly, no touristy pretense. "The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. With a great pool and even better Balinese food cooked by the staff, we hope we can visit again in the future."

"Arrived and the pool was not functioning as a pool technician had just left. My kids were not happy they had to wait a day to swim and we paid a lot of money. I then asked for compensation to be told flat out no. On the last day I asked again and they gave us $30 bucks to put towards scooters but still not good enough. "
