Toilet cistern filled up all night so kept getting woken up and had to ask for extra toilet rolls. Seemed to be on restriction. No shower gel or soap. Simple things that would have made a big difference to ratings. Could have done with a new shower curtain and shower head holder."

"This is easily the best hotel in Rye, and, in my opinion, one of the best I have had the pleasure of staying at. Like many hotels the food was excellent, the service was excellent the rooms are beautifully decorated and the simple things like having a decent shower or bar are so well catered for.
