Sofa bed was unacceptable with no solution provided other than ‘an extra blanket’ Room wasn’t serviced, jacuzzi and sauna were out of action (for months- yet it’s a ‘spa’ hotel) Restaurant food was okay, menu was average. Parking was good and location was good.

Great value and an enjoyable stay.

This is a great hotel in an ideal location for onward travel to France via Eurostar or Le Shuttle. The check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. The staff were all very helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking too.

Three night stay to visit Ashford designer outlet and relax. Check in simple but hotel computer system down so some delay. Room clean and tidy, courtyard view. Hotel did not service the room after the second night despite the appropriate notice hanging on the door. Breakfast ok but could do with some charcuterie selection, also hot buffet somewhat tired. Weekday breakfast ends at 9.30am on the dot with everything cleared away so don’t turn up late! Pool and Spa facilities good. Staff friendly and helpful.

The first time I’ve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. It’s had a makeover and I’ll now be switching back. Very nice stay and very friendly staff too… excellent stay

Not impressed with the cooked breakfast it was left out for too long I have worked in catering I was shocked by the condition of the Bacon ,Sausages and especially the baked beans they should of been replaced all the eggs was hard yolks I think the chefs need a refresher course Everything else at the hotel was fine Room very large ideal for my family and my boys loved the swimming pool also playing pool in the bar area with there Grandad would definitely stay again

Lovely stay in Kent

Lovely stay in the heart of Kent. The pool, steam room and sauna added that little bit of extra luxury. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We are in the Horizons restaurant and the waitress was very attentive. The food was amazing and service was quick. Cooked breakfast was a bit dry. I would say get up as soon as breakfast starts for a fresh one.

Stopped on a Thursday night en route to the channel tunnel to avoid a mad rush before our crossing on the Friday morning. We have stayed preciously but not for about 10-12 years. Hotel was nice, clean and said everything as listed - dinner in the restaurant was a bit so so, but overall not bad for the price we paid. Would stay here again.

The public areas such as the lobby was very clean, modern and welcoming. Gym was great for a hotel gym I was very impressed. Spa facilities were okay just abit cramped. Everywhere in the hotel was new apart from the rooms and corridors which were abit dated and felt abit old & dusty. However bed was very comfy.

A nice place to stay

It is a nice and comfortable place to stay It would have been convenient if there is a Bus service stop nearby from the Hotel to the Town Centre We do not drive and it was expensive for us to get a taxi from the Hotel to Town Centre or to Ashford International Train station

Very relaxing experience

On a long bike packing adventure, stayed for one night and enjoyed a massage at the spa. Top notch hotel, very helpful solo receptionist also stored my bike in the concierge room. I slept well and had a great breakfast.

I loved that my dog got a welcome doggie goody bag on check-in and she could eat breakfast with us. Very clean, modern and lots of choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay again. We stayed the night before as we caught the channel tunnel the following morning which was convenient.
