Good Morning Cliffard , We are sorry you had a difficult stay . While you came to the desk the I did express concern as well as wave your pet fees for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we can not change rates or give rebates when booking through a third party as we discussed with you while you were at the desk . We apologize for the heater not working .
