"This is the second time we stayed here., and have stayed in 3 different rooms. Each room consistently disappointing for maintenance/ engineering reasons.
We made the reservation (2X) based on the fact that we liked the fireplace, deep tub, neither of which worked in either room we were out in during this stay. The front desk staff gave us a different room when we mentioned that neither the fireplace or bathtub worked in our original room. They assured us the next room would be fine… literally...

"I booked this last minute for a coworker who was used to staying at locations like the Comfort Inn for a similar price. He was THRILLED, and every 2 weeks he comes
To town for work he asks me if they have a room available. Unfortunately, sometimes he has to stay at the comfort inn because they don’t. Sorry Comfort Inn…..you’re a great back up option and we still love you just not as much as this place."

"They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect."

"New property right off I70. Beautiful lobby/bar/breakfast area with view. New rooms with solid kitchens, large closets and roomy bathrooms. Ridiculous to charge $20 for parking though. There is no where else to park and seems unfair."
