"Very easy check in and check out, All of the staff I came into contact with was very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean. The extras in the room were great. Plus a big parking garage is right beside the entrance into the hotel. This is the only place I will stay while visiting Pikeville in the future."

"We always stay here when I visit home. The last time we stayed my granddaughter left her reborn baby there and we did not realize until a week later. I called and the lady at the front desk was very kind. They had the baby doll and are shipping it back to us in NC. My granddaughter was so upset and crying. Now she is happy again. Thank you for keeping her baby doll safe and sending it back to her."

"Room had the basics: clean room and sheets, adequate towels, hairdryer, offered shampoo but not conditioner, minifridge with good small freezer component, wifi/TV worked well. No staff onsite but did not need them (staff at realty comapany at local store). Basics, clean, heat/AC work well without being noisy. Area= small settlement in mountains but has good BBQ restaurant. Would return again but bring food for lunch breakfast."
