"For the money I paid along with surcharges there should be two water bottles given to the guests for each room. Depending on how manyadults are staying in the room There should be microwaves in the rooms too."

"My husband and I loved our stay here. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the lock pad to our room, they immediately tried fixing the issue and when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walkable to everything in the French quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet and perfect place to get some R&R. My husband and I will definitely be booking again for our next trip. "

"Beautiful property but not functional. No hot water. No microwave. Drawers were dirty and had cobwebs like they have not be cleaned in months. Great location for history of New Orleans. They need Do not disturb signs for the rooms."
