"The pool area was beautifully tranquil. The bouncer at the bar gave us a great restaurant suggestion. Family friendly hotel except there isn't anywhere to eat dinner at the hotel (only the bar area is open at night)."

"The mansion and grounds have lots of charm and character. The staff is nice as can be and very helpful. Our room (a junior suite) was quite spare and was on the second floor. The stairway is narrow and fairly steep with a low hand rail (that is all original and charming) but visitors who may have difficulty climbing stairs should ask if their room will be upstairs or downstairs. "The Saint is a great, lower cost option to stay down in the French Quarter. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s on Canal street, only a couple blocks from Bourbon Street. They also allowed us an hour and a half later check out because or flight was in the evening. It gave us time to get lunch and shop some in the quarter. Definitely recommend."

"The bathroom wasn’t very nice. It had good water pressure when we checked in the women that checked us in was on the phone and ignored us and had been outside for a cigarette break. I just don’t think that that’s good customer service. Other than that, it was suitable for the night"

"I did find that the amenities provided by the hotel were somewhat limited compared to other hotels. The coffee maker did not function correctly and the air conditioner went out and I had to troubleshoot. Also, beware of hidden fees charged by the hotel; I was told that they would remove a fee which was charged twice and it was not removed. The bed however was comfortable and I slept well."

"Breakfast was amazing, they had a ton of food and options! Location is super awesome and easy to get to all of the fun stuff downtown! Onsite parking is decent if you have a smaller vehicle. I have an SUV and it was definitely tight. Get there early or you won't get a spot. There are nearby parking lots that they also have for you to use. The room was nice but there was long women's hair all over and even in my towels. I realize that there's a point where that's uncontrollable but it was...
