"This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings. "I was given the wrong room and the room I booked was sold out so I had to get a downgraded room for my stay. The room provided was small and would not accommodate me and my family sufficiently. The curtain in the room also had a big stain on it. The guest service attendant did assist me with the closest accommodation to what I booked for the inconvenience as well as complimentary valet."

The Courtyard was amazing, with access to the breakfast room where there was plenty of variety for hot and cold breakfast with 24 hour access to Coffee and Water. Staff were a pleasure and Free Parking a bonus. We would recommend Creole Gardens as a fantastically placed accommodation for visiting New Orleans."
