"Terrible loud traffic noise for multiple hours late into the night…sounded like continuous drag racing that left us unable to sleep"

"The property was larger than I expected and parking was a little constrained. But it was located central to most of what was going on in Spokane, it was beautifally maintained, the food was excellent (and reasonably priced), and the staff enthusiastic in their pursuit to please customers."

"I have stayed here before and had a better experience than this weekend, unfortunately. The hotel is great but our room had a terrible odor, it was next to the elevators, and our view was the parking lot. It was also very noisy at night during sleeping hours. Maybe next time I will specifically book a river view room and make sure it’s not next to the elevators."

"The shower in our room lacked water pressure. The hot tub could be pressure washed for a deep cleaning. Breakfast was excellent, beds comfortable."

"The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building."

"This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near the Hospital District, close to downtown and close to amenities on the South Hill. There is plenty of parking, the room was clean and well laid out. The complimentary breakfast was very good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and fried potatoes, toast, muffins, cold cereal, water, coffee, tea, and assorted juices."

"This is a delightful old home which has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1987. I loved the wraparound porch. Room was spacious enough. Breakfast was nice: yogurt w granola and fresh fruit; croissant; 7-minute boiled eggs...same each day. I wanted to use the croquet set but we never quite got to it. Some reviews mentioned a problem with the shared bathroom if you choose one of those two rooms. I thought it was fine. Everyone was considerate. However, if you are traveling alone I wouldn't...

"Clean rooms, nice establishment, helpful staff, easy parking."

"Unfortunately wasn't really met with much of a greeting. Was made to feel like a bit of a bother. Next day when I called to ask if I could discuss possibly staying a second night, front desk abruptly said they didn't have time for me and to call back in 20 minutes. While I can appreciate that mornings can be busy at a hotel with people possibly checking out, this was not the tone/way to respond to a client. Definitely not feeling any hospitality vibes"

"At first glance, things were great, big room, nice balcony. Then we noted our TV had Direct TV with no streaming services. Our room happened to be in a WiFi dead zone so I had to use my phone as a hotspot. The Direct TV kept glitching so it’s a good thing we brought games. There was a dirty bandaid in the elevator for two days until I reported it to the front desk. My sheet had a tear in it, when I reported it to the front desk, nothing happened even though I’d been assured it would be passed on...

"Room not ready at check in time. Then wrong room given. Staff at check in not approachable and charged out parking incorrectly. I did go back the next day and a new staff member was very helpful and reversed the charges. Hotel is overall beautiful. We prefer the Davenport Grand for future."

"We stayed several nights at this hotel for a National Wrestling tournament. The location to the arena and the price was good. Having breakfast on site was a plus. The online pictures of the hotel look better than in person. The area was less desirable, being on a busy street and close to the freeway, it was super noisy all day and night. Also, the area was packed with homeless camps. It was helpful to be close to many fast food and sit down restaurants though."
