"We had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Spokane."

"The property was clean , modernized and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping and outside decor. Perfect location, located along the river walk next to the collage. They are in the process of renovating the pool area but had many other outdoor amenities. Also had a restaurant onsite."

"The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator...

"Property overall was well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Only real issue was the shower didn’t work very well (most of the water came out of tub faucet)."

I was offered two alternatives at no additional cost: either stay at a sister property or split my party between two separate rooms. Since we were in Spokane attending an event across the street with a large group, I chose the two-room option. While the rooms themselves were acceptable, they were located on different floors. More concerning was that I was later charged additional fees and taxes for...

"Stayed one night during work trip. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious. Valet parking was easy. Close/walking distance to Riverfront park, shopping, coffee, and restaurants. I asked to have a late checkout (of 1 hr) to finish some work but they could not accommodate so I finished work in the lobby."

"Best breakfast that I have had with an overnight stay... excellent buffet and items to order as well. I picked this property because of the EV charger in the adjacent parking garage. I just wish I had known the parking fee would be ~$30."

"Beautiful historic building, well preserved, clean, location in downtown Spokane. The staff exuded friendliness, competence, and helpfulness. The only hassle was the parking garage was located about 1 1/2 blocks away from the entrance, and there was no dining on Monday. The later was easily overcome with a short walk to some wonderful downtown restaurants."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker."
