"Upon arrival room appeared dirty and sheets seemed dirty? Was told sheets are changed per request? Bathroom sink had a very slow drain appeared clogged no came to repair it during my stay??? Front desk were not very informed of interesting tourist information. Would not recommend for future trips!"

"Room was spacious and clean. Every staff I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed a complementary evening drink with a small salad bar. Hot tub steam room sauna pool. Location excellent!"

"The property is doing a lot of upgrades and we were very impressed. The outdoor terrace and pool area are stunning and a wonderful place to just hang out and relax. The rooms were clean and had been updated with a modern look. They are definitely making big changes as one area outside was completely under construction - looks like they are expanding their outdoor area. The location is right on a path along the river - we loved meeting up with family newly transplanted to Spokane and meandering...

"Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained property and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!"

"My daughter fell in the shower and hit her head. It was very slippery possibly from a soap residue that had not been rinsed properly when cleaned. Also, there were fewer free amenities than what we''ve enjoyed at other hotels. The vathroom was also small and the only mirror in the room did not have good lighting. The location was okay."

The entire space is warm, welcoming, and full of character. We stayed in the Blue Room, which overlooked the street from a lovely balcony.
