"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "

"You need to complain to the local police and mayor that the homeless people hanging around the Hotel area need to be relocated to a shelter as it is effecting the businesses .get together with corporate 7eleven and complain to the city to do something.This causes me on my next Spokane visit to not go to your hotel Also breakfast should not close so early(9am),should stay open until at least 930am."

"2 night stay. Loved the Motel and the Staff was incredible. What was HORRIBLE was the parking situation. Arrived in the evening and circled the downtown area for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and I had arranged for Valet Parking. There is just NO ONE out front to maneuver all the illegal parked cars.... every time we left to see friends/family we had to deal with this really cancer issue for this institution. "Worker was nice enough when I checked in, but that’s about the only good thing I can say about Tiki Lodge. There were homeless people screaming and waving knives at each other in the parking lot. The curtains had what appeared to be mold on them. Multiple lights did not work in my room. There was a large stain on the carpet. People yelling outside all night with frequent train noise. The sink was cracked and damaged. It appeared as though the door to my room had been damaged before, as if...

"Staff were friendly, check in was easy, breakfast was ample, gym was small, but efficient. Over stay was great. Would definitely stay again."

"I paid for the brrakfast package, but the breakfast was sad. It only included grab and go items like cereal, bagels, and fruit. No eggs or anything hot. I like some fruit and protein in the morning, but had to go elsewhere to get any protein. Furthermore, the coffee was very watered down. The room was nice, but if you're looking forward to a place where you can eat in the morning and go. This is not the place for that."
