"Great place to stay"

"Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd. The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....

"Much better deal booking through Expedia rather than using AAA rate or Hilton Honors discount. Breakfast was not up to the high Hampton Inn standard coupled with the fact that beverages from the machine appeared to be somewhat suited."

"Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise."

"Our room had a pull out sofa. Two of the children were going to sleep there but there were no extra blankets or pillows for this “bed”. We when to the front desk to obtain a blanket and pillow and was told they don’t give those things out after 8pm. We called to the front desk and they said they couldn’t provide that as they didn’t have enough extra lines but there were some in the dryer that would be done around 3am. I understand this is an extended stay hotel but providing linens for a pull...

"At check in we had an issue with the room and front desk helped me with the situation. I was moved inmediately to another. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The room smell of urine and the toilet was too low for my elderly mother to use. The pool needed repairs and the walls of the hotel needs repair and some paint."

"My fiance and I enjoyed our stay here. The place felt safe, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, had a mini fridge, TV, there was a ice machine on our floor, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. Also, the air conditioning was fantastic! I like to sleep in an igloo and that AC has the capabilities and definitely delivered. Oh, and there is a decent Applebee's next door to the hotel that is in literal walking distance. I can't remember what time we got there but I...
