"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The TV in the room did not work, and the air conditioner blew hot air instead of cooling the room. There were also noticeable stains and spots on the walls, doors, and floor, which made the room feel poorly maintained and unclean. Overall, the condition of the room was not what I expected, and the stay was very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience."

"I asked the receptionist to Change my room since everything was dirty bad walls, restroom horrible experience. The room they changed was the same. I noticed that the property was the same elevator, stairs, lobby they need a cleaning crew there. Also too hot it was just a night mirror for me to stay there."
