"Nice clean and quiet rooms, great view, nice restaurant and bar, all the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!"

"The Front Desk was excellent! There was a problem with my reservation and they were patient and waited for me to get it corrected. As soon as it's was resolved, they called and had my room ready! The staff was very professional! The rooms were excellent!"

"We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on."
