"The facility is beautiful, however, the service is very poor. We were quite disappointed. It took so long to get our food at the hotel restaurant. Also, there wasn't a microwave in our room so we called the front desk and requested a microwave and utensils and plates. A staff brought the microwave but not utensils and plates. We asked about the utensils and plates and the staff said he didn't know. He said he will get it. After twenty minutes, we called the front desk and she said they will...

"The location was pretty remote but so was the location I was attending. There isn't a bar in the hotel nor a real restaurant.So dining and meetings need to be at other locations. Breakfast was good"

"We moved rooms 3 times due to issues, no refund was offered. Absolutely a mess of a trip. AC didn’t work, rooms were disgusting, and they left our door unlocked and propped open as the lock didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax.
