"Nice clean and quiet rooms, great view, nice restaurant and bar, all the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!"

"The electricity went out as soon as I booked the room, refused to give any refunds. The power was out all night and even after 12p the next day. No lights, water, amenities NOTHING! Had to sit in car most of the night due to no power. Poor customer service on their part!!"

The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on."
