I would mark down for not having a ramp to get to the lift from reception as it is one step down. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"The room was comfortable and well maintained. The building is an older building but the maintenance is mostly on point. The stair wells and corridors need a bit of a clean up. The parking is minimal but kept tidy. The use of the bag lift is useful for upper floor guests. Great location with the bowls club and cafes near by and close proximity to race course and airports. "

"No air conditioning and walls seemed very thin and could hear people in the room below talking late into the night. We needed something close to the airport for an early flight and this served the purpose "

"Our bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and towels were stained. The entire hallway was full of multiple oil diffusers with an extremely strong smell and it was apparent smoking had happened in this building as our room smelled of smoke under the diffuser smell. There was also dirt on our bedspread. When we went down and told the staff at the desk we were checking out due to these issues we were not opted another room and quite honestly did not know how to resolve the issue.
