"Second stay here. Had a little hiccup, but staff was exceptional. Eric the manager was very helpful. And made sure my minor issue was taken care of. Appreciaye that. The front desk young lady was very kind and attentive - kudos on staffing pics Its a little dated, but the room was clean. Has the convience if hand soap in a dispenser - body wash and shampoo and conditioner as well. Close to everything to eat, and can even walk to ger essentials if needed. Will return in future"

"Place is beautiful and staff is very kind. Just two things I would improve on is the pool. The pool does not look that clean (the water looked hazy), my kids didn’t even want to go in due to the cleanliness of it. Second, the night time staff member was rude. I arrived at 10pm with my kids and asked if I can purchase water. They said it was closed. They I asked can I get the two complementary waters that are supplied since I didn’t get any. They said no. As I walk away they offer me two small waters that the staff receive. It was lack of kindness."

"Loved that it had it’s own beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, no need to get up early to reserve. Staff was friendly, room was large and clean and hotel was short walk to center of town with great shops and restaurants. I totally recommend it. Very family friendly as well."

"Pool area needs to be cleaned more often. Surface around pool (patio) needs to be resurfased/painted/refreshed, as well as the floor of the pool itself. Ice Maker didn't work and was VERY dirty. Need a deep clean. Waitress at restaurant was MISERABLE. I understand she was the only server on Labor Day and was slammed but she was not friendly and ignored us - we eventually got up from table and ordered from the bar. The bar tender was also VERY busy BUT SUPER friendly, helpful and excellent! The food was good. The property was nice = love being on the river. My room was nice, big, clean and modern. It was in the main buiding facing the ocean. The rooms in the older buildings, facing the pool and river need fixing. My sister had a Pool View Room and the toilet was coming out of the floor and mold on ceiling. Pool view room extremely small."
