The condition of this property did not match what was advertised. The hotel and the room were active construction zones, with visible damage, unfinished work, dust, and materials throughout. This environment is not suitable for guests.
At check-in, I was given keys to three rooms that were already occupied, which is a serious security concern. The room I ultimately stayed in had a non-working TV, a refrigerator leaking blue chemicals that ruined our food, missing basic supplies, and no heat turned on despite an expected winter storm.
Pet-friendly rooms shown online were not available upon arrival, and the pet fee charged was higher than the rate listed. Cleanliness was poor, cigarette odors were present, exterior doors were unsecured, and room keys repeatedly failed. I was also charged multiple fees at check-in that were not clearly explained.
Based on the conditions and discrepancies, I would book somewhere else and believe anyone staying at this location does warrant a refund.
