"Excellent hotel, room was immaculate, staff were great, food was excellent and the pool/spa area is beautiful… The hotel is situated a minute walk from the entrance to Brands Hatch racetrack. "We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is starting to look a little tired with rust coming through paint on hotel room doors. Dirty corridor carpets. The room was clean and tidy while we stayed there for two nights. The bar staff were extremely slow because the lady serving didn't know her way around a bar. The vending machine was out of order. The main problem was ev charging. On the website is stated there were charging points on the hotel car park. We even rang the reception desk directly before our stay and they...
