"Came into Gravesend from London for a friend's funeral. Checked in early without any charge...room was spacious and warm, loved my room as it had the LAKE view, very relaxing. Food (breakfast and lunch) was nicely cooked, fresh and hot. Adequate lighting in room and bathroom. Water temperature was perfect. Beautiful and efficient staff. Thank you 😊 💓. I will be visiting again"

"Excellent from check in until we left.. Seemless check in, Leah checked us in and was so polite and knowledgable about the hotel and surrounding. Room was perfect, clean, cleaning staff were friendly. Air con but also a fan heater was in the room if needed. Liam who works in the bar is as asset and, in my opinion, should be promoted! Ii swimming pool and spa facilities excellent. ive stayed there before and really enjoyed it even more so now. Will be booking to stay again in a few weeks. A little gem. Highly recommend. "

"The bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment, which wasnt a problem at all, the problem was we wernt informed of this in advance. We had been out all day and wanted a nice relaxing evening/dinner. Unfortunately we had to get in the car and go out again which was inconvenient as had we known in advance we would have eaten before we went to the hotel. Apart from this our stay was perfect, the room was so lovely and warm (it was -3°outside), the bath was lovely with lashings of hot water, beds were comfy and view was good."

"Nice large room - two double beds - sitting area with sofa and two chairs - tv - room was clean and quiet. Easy check in - reception staff always attentive and polite - easy check out - parking just beside hotel with parking paid in hotel for overnight stay "

"We have stayed in this Exact Hotel on previous occasions after travelling down from "Bonnie Scotland" to visit our Family who stay in the Area but who unfortunately have no spare room in their house due to their children occupying their own bedrooms . We always find this Hotel very Clean and Tidy , and the staff all very polite as well as welcome and obliging to help with any request or queeries if we have any. We find the Reception staff always have a smile along with a "Good Morning/Afternnon/ Evening" on our return or a "Have a lovely day/afternoon/Evening" as we leave, particularly from the Senior Receptionist who has worked there for a number of years now and who we joke about being built in with the foundations lol. Will we return??? Yes, on our next visit to our Family in the Area, we will once again book into the same Hotel in Bexley (Black Prince) so we know our Stay will be comfortable as usual.
