"Starting with the interesting animatronic dinosaur check-in, the experience was novel and easy to navigate. If you're coming in from a faraway place and are tired, take a moment, read slowly, and you'll be fine. The room was small but comfortable and conveniently appointed with a clothing freshener and press appliance. Delicious breakfast and nice staff, many of whom spoke English well. Easy to get to shops around like 7-11 and pharmacy, plus others we didn't go to as we stayed only for one night. The hotel had vending machines with delicious-looking hot foods that we didn't get a chance to use. The free baggage storage was also really thoughtful and convenient. Overall, would recommend for an easy, comfortable stay."

"Overall if you're looking for a clean hotel room to sleep in for a night or two this place is fine. I do not recommend the breakfast to anyone, it was overpriced for little to no options that I could eat while pregnant (a lot of the protein was undercooked and the eggs we practically raw) when I asked a question about the food I was told rudely that "that's all there is" so after paying approx 40$ cad for 2 people all we could eat was a piece of bread and a cup of apple juice. Extremely disappointing, as I stayed at the Metropolitan Haneda Hotel 10 mins away before and their food and service was far better. Oh and FYI the airport shuttle service is only for the morning :) did not know that when booking."
