"Staff at reception were lovely both on check in and check out. Convenient location was so helpful. Room is like on a cruise ship so don’t bring large cases. Bathroom very tiny and not good if over 6feet as it’s raised. Restaurant seemed pricey and no small snacks around in am for early risers. The negative was the lighting g in room, very bright overhead, only one side of bed had a reading light and one plug for a phone."

"Really loved this place! Conveniently located in Shibuya. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Room was spotless and loved the shower. Staff was super helpful with bag transfer."

"Overall the hotel was great, The staff throught out the hotel were polite and profesional. Breakfast was great but the only downside, exceeded the capacity for breakfast and very long lines consequently long waits"

"The hotel was ok. It looked pretty clean. The beds were a little hard. My biggest torn wasn’t the hotel but the gradual hill to get to the hotel. It is close to the train station and shinagawa is a hub for haneda and the Shinkansen. Those are the reasons why I picked the hotel and obviously the price. But no one talked about the hill and if your out of shape, at the end of a long day, that hill is a mountain! Just sayin…"

"Very clean and very quiet. Multilingual staff. Very modern upscale quiet neighborhood, and close to two rail lines (including the Yamanote line) and a metro line. Plenty of dining options around including an excellent French cafe/bakery close by that opens for breakfast at 7am. I would absolutely stay here again."
