"Fantastic hotel, with provided amenities, a firm yet comfortable bed and pillows, and good cooling. For tattooed guests the spa is unavailable, however this is an expected, so plan ahead if you’re tattooed. Reception staff were very friendly and helped navigate the paperwork for luggage forwarding, and were super helpful in recommending places to eat. Is is walking distance from Ueno station, and the street is full of amazing food and drink spots, with 7-11 & FamilyMart around the corner."
