"Even though the rooms were much smaller than we envisioned, the staff and service were amazing- always super friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean, beds were comfortable. For breakfast, it’s more of a small snack to take on the go. Very close to Tokyo main station - about 15 min walk. If you want to take a taxi between the station and hotel it’s only 1000 yen. There are several convenient stores located within blocks. As well very close to the smaller train stations. "

"The bed was very comfortable. The quality of the comforter was excellent. I like to sleep in a cool room and the comforter kept me a comfortable temperature. The room faces the sun in the morning and can get warm, but the ductless system quickly cooled the room. The sheets and pillow cases are of excellent quality. All the common areas were clean. The service was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Most of them did understand English and a few also spoke English as well....
