"Such a lovely stay! Comfy and very clean room, we really appreciated the Nespresso machine! The Hotel is beautiful and very well located in a quiet but central neighborhood. Will surely visit again!"

"Very responsive, helpful owner. Right near bus route. About 20 mins into Edinburgh."

"Perfect place for our trip to Edinburgh! We loved staying in Leith as a way to decompress from our busy city days. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and beautiful. The hospitality at 3 John’s was exceptional. We would happily stay here again."

"It was a nice clean private room. The shower/bath room was clean as well. There was a bus station right next to it. Very convenient."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Fantastic welcome from helpful staff. A really comfortable, clean guesthouse with spotless en suite bathrooms and access to a private outdoor courtyard."

"Good location, received clear instructions and room was quiet and was overlooking a small garden. The bed was a bid wobbly though. Pictures gave the impression of a higher quality accommodation. It was overall okay but not fully what I expected."

"Breakfast was great."

"Nice apartment that had everything we need, just a couple blocks from restaurants."

"Grosvenor Suites was in a perfect location! Very clean, very comfortable and very easy to check in/out"

"No communication."

"Great location, nicely furnished and an easy walk to Waverley Station. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby."

"The people working there were excellent but the facility needs some work Floors creaking Carpet quite old The building shows its age The breakfast was ok Nothing special Lots of toast and jam but not much variety If you are up for it one of the stuff was playing Scottish music every night at 930"
