"We love this hotel and have stayed many times. It has a good secure car park. The staff are lovely and we have been luck to get upgrades, the last one being room 8. Andrew is on reception is great and is so friendly. It is handy to visit our daughter who lives 20 mins walk away. The area is lovely with plenty great restaurants and shops. Edinburgh centre is a nice walk and it’s on the bus route also"

"This was a great find to get a suite with a kitchen, luxury bath soaps, replenished coffee bar and shared laundry and gym right in the middle of the Royal Mile. Was the price affordable, probably not if your on a budget, but compared to the other hotels with similar amenities (minus kitchen) on or near the Royal Mile it was amazing! So centrally located and such an upscale gem. If we ever visit Edinburgh again we will be sure to stay here!"
