Edinburgh is very chaotic/touristy on the Royal Mile and this was right in the chaos, however, it felt very safe & the room itself was very spacious, clean & worth the price for it all. I had to contact them once for directions and they answered right away and were super helpful. It sucks there are stairs you have to carry your luggage up and the luggage room was on the first floor, very small/crowded & right next to our apartment room door, but it didn’t seem to get too loud or an issue when staying there.

We had a short stay during the Fringe Festival. Surge pricing did make it a little more expensive than we would have liked, but the accommodation was in a great location and was very well appointed. Highly recommend for people deep diving into the madness of the Edinburgh Fringe.

It was a beautiful well equipped apartment and location superb. One very serious flaw and one major annoyance. The bathtub was very very slippery and no handrail. Too slippery to shower. So decided to bathe instead. Tub would not hold water. Whil seated in the tub with hand held shower, I could not reach shampoo and conditioner; fortunately husband helped. Major annoyance - no electrical outlet near any mirror.

Amazing location and the apartment was everything as described. Each room was separated with very heavy automatically closing fire door, so it was very hard for our children to open them or navigate through the apartment themselves. Would stay here again if there was door stops available, or when the children are older.

Understandably there were no bottles of scotch in the cupboard. But then again, where were we? 😁 However, Some oil for cooking, and topping up the salt and pepper would help. Otherwise, a lovely high tech comfortable place in the heart of everything. Thank you

Location was perfect, easy to get to from Waverly. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A few cons, the bed in the onsuite room was awful, you could feel every spring in the mattress. It bowed so bad that you felt like you were going to fly out of it everytime you moved. There were also no plugs in the bathrooms which made it difficult to use the hair dryer.

The location of this property is amazing. Literal steps from the Royal Mile and a fantastic pub right next door. Rooms worked well and were clean, and the kitchen provided essentials for anything you’d need. Definitely recommend!
