"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. "The room we were in was in poor shape. The flooring had warped and needs to be redone. 90% of the plugs were so old that they wouldn’t even hold a cellphone charger to connect to electricity. The hotel needs to be renovated"

"My room was right next to the elevator, so it was really loud. And the hotel had a wedding on the upper floor above me, so you could hear that until about like 10 o’clock. So if you’re trying to go to bed early, that wouldn’t have been happening. And it was really awkward to have the pool and hot tub be on the other side of the dining/bar area because you had to walk around that in your bathing suit, which felt really awkward and embarrassing."

"We could hear the shower from the next room as if it was in our room. We could also hear the people in the next room moving around. The staff was pleasant and helpful at check-in. However, no staff was available when it came time to check out. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer."
