"The person working the property was nice enough, but it was his 2nd day and he didn't know that service animals are not a pet. After some back and forth he finally called the owner who verified it is not a pet and then he didn't charge me for it. That's really the only issue I had besides I didn't get the first floor like requested. The room was spacious and eclectic, the shower awesome. Nice large balcony, I really enjoyed it. "

"This charming property is family owned, quaint, clean. The owners take great care of this hotel and it's guests. Sundown Inn's location is convenient to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also close to the bay, ocean, and local beaches. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Morro Bay. "
