Staff is very hospitable and accommodating. Clean, relaxing rooms with all the amenities you could need for the stay. Parking is easy and location is very close and convenient for exploring the city. We have stayed four times and will be back for new adventures!

It was a good location for staying in SLO. The only problem we had was that the smoke alarm went off a couple times if we opened the bathroom door after a shower. He ended up removing the smoke alarm because it was so sensitive.

It was easy to book, the price is right, it has free breakfast, it's very close to CalPoly. It's clean and quiet, it has basic amenities that we need, we don't need fancy stuff. Parking is ample but we need to park further away from our room (which is fine).

This is definitely no frills but the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Very convenient to the highway & to Cal Poly. Not much in the immediate blocks surrounding the property so pretty quiet though there was definitely noise from other guests coming and going (not much soundproofing). A good option if you need a place to stay for a night or two & don’t want to break the bank.
