"The place was very close to downtown pismo beach and the wharf. Parking was plentiful, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The place also gives out complimentary adult beverages everynight that you stay at the hotel from 530-9pm. They also have cooked food at a really decent price. Breakfast is also complimentary, with a kitchen staff actually present to cook the hot foods. "Our stay started out with my leaving a wallet at the front desk and then missing $150 out of it, (my fault). Closed the curtain at window and clips fell off, had to get maint. Next morning no hot water for showers, said they had someone coming at 10am, coffee not ready. 2nd night had warm water, figured hot water fixed. Next morning no hot water. Checked out no one at counter. Will not stay here again."
