"Nice and quiet hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. We were able to check in early. The shower room was very open so it got all wet after one person took a shower. Also, hotel does not offer paper towel and paper tissues in the room. "

"The staff at this Yays location were very helpful. They helped explain how the parking/ transportation works, gave me pointers for food and grocery for the baby, and their coffee at the reception desk is great. The rooms are amazing with blackout curtains and a full kitchen. Totally worth the price. "

"This property was located in a very nice neighbourhood with the Artis tram stop less than a block away. The Zoo was just across the street from the hotel. It was an easy walk to a grocery store and the inner city. The Museum District was a longer walk away. The suite was worn out. The carpets looked awful (dirty, cigarette burns) so we were fortunate to have our slippers with us. The dark painted walls were chipped throughout the suite contributing to the worn look. "Located conveniently to the city. Windows are not to open which is not good! Heating system seemed erratic and fan too old. Artwork was horrible! To showy! "

"The property was in a great quiet location, easy walk to metro/tram. Cafe and Pizza restaurant at the end of the road. Nearest Spar about 10 mins walk. Lots of stairs to 3rd floor! Very comfy beds and duvets. Kitchen had coffee/tea/sugar (no cafetiere). As advertised and perfect for out 3 night stay."

Was a bit far from the museums which required a lot of walking, but isn't a huge complaint for those happy to explore the streets and sights of Amsterdam. "
