"There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything.
The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used.
The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm."

"The staff at the reception and breakfast were welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the property was old and looks difficult to maintain and the initial room given to us smelt mouldy setting off my hay fever and partners asthma. Reception quickly gave us another room which was better. Shower and breakfast was nice and the stay was overall pleasant."
