"Good location, wonderful staff, room was nice. The toilet room without ventilation was smelly. I realize this is common to have the toilet separate, but it was a worse smell here for some reason. Everything else was great."

"This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. "Staff were able to get me checked in early graciously and were able to store my luggage. Breakfast does consist of cold food like fruit, yogurt as well as eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, spreads. Coffee and juices as well. Minimal but enough."
