"I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt for a week for a business trip. My room/suite was perfect. The layout was excellent and made me feel safe plus comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!"

"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"Only hiccups: the staff member serving as bartender had to pull double duty as an extra shuttle driver for an emergency airport pickup, and witnessed no one else on staff really knew how to fully bartend! Also, room was a little noisy, some kind of mechanical/plumbing noise that I couldn't quite figure out if it was toilet or walk behind. (This was room #425 in the event property mgr reads this.) Besides that though, staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist guests. It was close...

"The shower/tub was narrow, there wasn't much room The tv did not work and I sent a request as requested by the front desk if I needed assistance, there was no reply or assistance . Breakfast didn't have much variety, sausage felt undercooked. No ice machine available, front desk did give me a small bag of ice."

"Only stayed one night for a medical test at UC Davis for transplant. Asked if I could check into the room earlier an they let me which was great. AC unit work wonderful but wish my mom was in the bed next to it an not me bc I was freezing due to poor circulation from kidney failure. So yes AC works wonderful. I didnt like how the toilet paper was basically against your leg trying to merge with you when sitting on the toilet while it was in its place on the wall. Room was clean, sheets were clean...

"Fire alarm broken, needed to store it in my car overnight. Sheets dirty (glad I brought a blanket to sleep on). It’s good for using bathroom and crashing after a busy night in Sac. Car was safe in parking lot (so that was good)"
