"Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. "The property is located in a beautiful area with excellent beaches, and it is spacious and has a lot of potential. The host was very cooperative, responsive, and addressed the maintenance issues quickly. However, the property is significantly overpriced considering its condition. Unfortunately, it was poorly maintained. We experienced several issues during our stay, including cockroaches, dirty dishes, toilets that would not flush properly, and an air conditioning unit that was leaking....

"We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...
