"Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! "We thought the location was perfect and right beside a well known Kozy cafe. They had an adapter needed for my hair appliances. The front desk people were friendly. We would skip the breakfast option next time, there were just coffee pods, not a carafe of fresh brew, and the ham was cold meat. The bakery items were delicious."

"The hotel is wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful, location is great, housekeeping was excellent. Bed relatively large and very comfortable. Had a balcony, which was lovely. They sent us a delicious chocolate confection when we arrived. All good. Our only problem was that there is no bathroom door! It is just weird. And the room is small, with many lines of site to the toilet. I don't get it. Fortunately, the weather was perfect and we had the balcony to retreat to.... but it seems like...

"Excellent location and able to view the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Pictures do not reveal just how close it is to the hotel, and especially if you have a room on the 5th or higher floor with a balcony. Our room was clean and everyone we encountered was very accommodating including the concierge desk where they were extremely helpful in planning out our days. Would not hesitate to stay at this location if back in Paris. You won’t regret booking a room at the Pullman Hotel if you want to stay...

"From the minute we arrived until departure - service was amazing. The TV in our room wouldn't work, we were quickly moved to another room and a slight upgrade. Breakfast was perfect as was the one dinner we ordered room service. Burger was huge, perfectly cooked and with in-house tomato and pepper spread. Chicken ceasar salad was HUGE and delicious. "The staff is excellent and very pro-client! Depending on your selection the room could be too small but is what you decided. Are rooms for all your needs. I selected the classic and while is good is too small and hard to go into the shower. I will for sure return to this hotel. location is great for river boat tour, Eifel tower and BigBus tour."
