"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. "Very nice location as it was minutes from the metro and the city center. Having the Westfield Mall next door was quite convenient as it offers lot of dining options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Unfortunately, the pool is not for kids. It says so in the fine print, but Expedia lists that as a "family-friendly amenity, which is incredibly misleading. That being said, it is a really nice hotel. Everything is very updated and clean. Lots of small touches make it a 5 star for us. There were marshmallows to roast with the kids, activities like running group and tours, and lots of hooks in the room. Very clean. I think it would be a perfect stay for those with 16 year olds and up."

"This lovely hotel is everything you could wish for. Superbly located for the Arlanda Express, trains, buses, taxis and hop on/hop-off tour bus access. We received a very warm welcome on check-in, the hotel itself is stylish, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was varied and kept well stocked even into the last 15 minutes of service. Would recommend and stay again if we ever return to Stockholm. "
