"Stayed 8 nights. Reception looks like a toll booth. You have to walk pass the small counter to the reach the elevator, The male staff glance at you turn and continue looking at the pc. No eye contact or greeting. You feel like a stranger instead of a guest. This seems to be all the male staff I encountered daily. The female staff is the opposite, they greet you and are polite. Rooms are basic clean and nice. Breakfast staff are great. Little option on food. Will not stay again due to poor guest...

"I can’t say enough good things about Passa hotel. This was our third stay here as it is our go-to in Bangkok. Smaller boutique hotel just behind the cental Silom mall and right next to sala daeng bts stop or Silom subway. It’s quiet at night even though a block from the main road. Kiki at the front desk was so helpful when I needed some assistance looking for a finger splint and the rest of the staff is very pleasant to deal with. LGBT friendly. Plenty of food options available day and night....
