"Who rated this a 4-star hotel??? Awful Oran hotel - not as per advertised
1. No wifi in room AT ALL
2. Was given small room. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room!
3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided.
4. Lift was Useless!

"Personel gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odam her sabah temizlendi ve gayet güzel temizlik yaptılar. Oranda da gitmek istedim yerlere araçla 10 - 15 dk mesafedeydi. Gayet memnun kaldım. Personel seçimi iyi. Personel kalitesini bozmasınlar!"
"Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple
Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait.
Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "
"Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. "
