Guillermo at check in was exceptionally accommodating. A bit far from the airport, yet booking their shuttle was cost effective and easy."

The only improvement I recommend is better communication about the free airport shuttle; how to identify the actual shuttle. There are so many other shuttles at the airport that it’s very easy to miss it when it arrives. Aside from that I was extremely happy with my stay. "
