"The place was beautiful and very nice. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly. The beach was always safe to swim, unlike some of the resorts we stayed at, no seaweed. Only two things we didn’t like about the trip was the pools close at 6 pm. Secondly, was they allow solicitors (i call them scammers) to sell cheap jewelry in front of the restaurants. They harassed us and was basically grabbing us to come to their booth and there were half a dozen of them, every 10 feet was another person standing in your way. We were late for our reservation because they wouldn’t leave us alone, one even stood in front of the restaurant door to stop us. You have to be very rude to them to get them to stop. Very disappointed they let these people on the resort and harass their customers. I come to these resorts to get away for a couple days from my job full of salesman, I dont want to see them on my vacation. "

"Zoetry is a beautiful property - carefully designed to be aesthetic, open and one with the ocean. However, for the price point (very expensive), there were some major issues. Firstly, the mosquitoes in the room - I have never encountered such an issue - there were MANY and nothing helped! My friend and I were constantly bitten and were VERY uncomfortable. When we asked the staff, they said 'its just their country' which isn't true - people on other resorts didn't have that issue. The food was also inconsistent - they didn't have waffles for the duration of our stay, which again, for the price point paid should not be a thing. There was also a day where there were no straws for our drinks - not okay. There was also a worker who was way too friendly and overly zealous and saying odd things to us. Overall 3/5 - please fix the mosquito issue at the very least!!!"

"We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. Thank you, Zemi Miches, for making my birthday and Mother’s Day celebration so special and unforgettable!"

"Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming."

"El servicio al cliente es horrible , la mayoría de los empleados te tratan como si no pagaste para estar ahí , las instalaciones no son la gran cosa. Las bebidas son todas BARATAS Y DE MALA CLASE. La comida no es buena. Sin duda no volvería"

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
