"The hotel is great for a one night stay before your flight. The staff is not that friendly but not impolite. The elevator to the 4th floor has problems. Some guests with kids make a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. It took a long time to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. My first room was a box that I had to go back down an request another room which they obligingly did. I stayed for two nights which is too long. The breakfast was OK and just had some problems. Bei etwas früheren Ankunft um 13 Uhr haben wir uns im Hotel nur teilweise einchecken können, da angeblich kein Zimmer gereinigt war. Offizieller Check in ist um 15 Uhr. "The property is in the heart of Sitges. It offers peace and solitude inside from the hustle and bustle and lively activity on the outside street. It's quiet, clean and relaxing inside. The pool area is very nice below the tower. The breakfast is well done and is properly ready at 7;30 every morning. The front desk people were very helpful with questions and how things work. "The staff are so friendly and pleasant. The room was absolutely spotless and very nicely appointed. Each room gives a feel of a separate apartment and privacy and the balcony was so pretty! You are only a few blocks from the beach and as many restaurants and bars as you could need or want. Wonderful experience. Walkable from the train station but also a short taxi ride if you prefer. "Once again a brilliant stay at the Platjador. Room was an excellent size and modern and kept clean daily. The breakfast was amazing with a wide range of food options. The pool area was in need of a small amount of maintenance as the decking was slightly damaged pool side and a tile or two in the pool were loose. Would recommend getting to the pool as soon as it opens or later in the day as it is incredibly popular. Will definitely be back next year!!!"
