"This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. "Lovely property, amazing pool, beautiful apartments. WiFi was not great also we requested our room to be cleaned but no one came so we had no cleaning service for 5 days but otherwise very happy and pleased with our stay"

"A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay"
