"Front Desk staff was not helpful. My room was not cleaned and then when it was finally cleaned after two phone calls on my part, it was still not clean properly. My air conditioner didn’t work and so they brought me a box fan until they could fix it and couldn’t move me because the hotel was full. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Room was expensive and not even worth it. Super noisy, raving engines, racing motorcycles, 4am train, banging doors. Breakfast was crap."

"I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean...
