"Nouveau propriétaire depuis un mois, ils sont sympathiques cependant cela n’excuse pas la propreté de la salle de bain, avons loué 2 chambres, les miroirs, vitres de douches (avec cheveux) et vanités étaient très sales, tâches d’éclaboussures de pâte à dent, pas d’eau dans la douche et évier, le lendemain matin lorsque nous les avons informé, ils nous dit qu’ils devaient activer la pompe ! Mon matelas était complètement creusé. Pas de télé, la piscine a besoin de rénovation…..dommage très bel...

Aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con nuestra reserva de Expedia, lo resolvieron muy bien ofreciéndonos un apartamento completo en la segunda planta, amplio, cómodo y con cocina equipada y baño privado ! "Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!"

"Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. "For international travelers expecting a normal hotel room, I would carefully review details about this hotel. If you're accustom to staying in hotels that cater to local citizens, you might be happy here. They seem to cater to families with kids who want to hang around the pools. "

"el apartamento esta muy comodo, la habitacion, muebles y todo limpio, excelente vista, que estuvo promedio: a) no habian toallas de playa. b) no se puede pedir para hacer BBQ. c) problemas de internet al llegar que ni lo de la recepcion sabia cual era la red. d) el aire del cuarto estaba como malo. e) falta que el personal de las instrucciones bien, no indicaron exactamente donde era el parking, tampoco el edificio, no indicaron que no habia toallas de playa, tampoco que no podiamos pedir el uso...
